RULES & POLICIES

Check In/Check Out:

CHECK IN: Check in time is 3:00 PM. Early check-in is allowed only with prior written approval. If for some reason, the condo is not ready for check-in you will be notified. Please notify Manager upon arrival so we may ensure the Property is to your satisfaction.  It is advisable call us once your plane has landed, it will allow us time to get to the property and avoid any delays in your check-in.  Keys and check-in will only be allowed for the person who made the reservation unless written prior approval.  

 LATE ARRIVALS/CHECK IN:  Any check-in after 6:00 PM needs to be arrange before your arrival date, a fee may apply for extremely late check in.  If your flight is delayed please contact our office to keep us appraised of you arrival time. 

CHECK OUT: Check out time is 11:00 AM. There is no holding over. PRIOR WRITTEN APPROVAL IS REQUIRED from Manager for late check-out. Cleaning and maintenance are pre-scheduled, so adhering to the Check-Out Time is very important. An $80 fee will be charged for approved late checkout until 5:00 PM at that time it will be mandatory you vacate.  If you need to extend your stay, please call our office to see if arraignments can be made.

Guest Responsibility

You accept the responsibility to properly maintain the property during occupancy and agrees to replace or repair and pay for any breakage, damage, or loss caused by you or your visitors during occupancy, other than normal wear and tear.  Follow all building polices.

No Smoking Policy

SMOKING: No smoking is not allowed Condo premises. If smoking does occur on the Condo premises, Tenant may be evicted and is responsible for all damage caused by the smoking including, but not limited to, stains, burns, odors remediation and removal of debris.  Smoking damage is not covered in Rental Damage Protection.  All buildings have a designated smoking area please use them.

Property Inspection

An inspection of the vacation rental property will take place 24 hours in advance of your arrival with digital photos taken to ensure that it is rent ready.  If there are any issues with the property, notify HI Paradise Rentals immediately to ensure that such issues may be remedied in a timely manner.
